At Ebonyline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as wigs, hairpieces, and cosmetics cannot be returned if the security seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ebonyline account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened condition including all tags and inserts, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship to Ebonyline
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our returns department address provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
